Great Sax player, Sheryl Clark and her husband Steve are on their way to Richland, Washington for 'Daryl and the Diptones' this Friday night 8pm! 'Daryl and the Diptones' have been together over 20 years. They were awarded the City of Tacoma's City of Destiny Award in 2005. They had giving over $2 million to local charities!! Cool! 'Cheeseburger Deluxe' a band out of Seattle, that Steve played bass in 1970's. He was Dink Dugger the rich kid! Burt "Olly" Ollistad [guitar]started this band with Steve in 1972. Also joining the band in 1972 was Gordy Arlin [Keyboards-Drums] and Rick Best [Drums] Steve left 'Cheeseburger' in 1975, was replaced by Steve Barth on bass,the band was renamed 'Thunder Road' in 1975 and disbanded in 1976. TIME FRAME with Steve on Bass played two gigs last Wednesday night. The first a benefit for a cancer family in Puyallup. Shown in the pictures are family members having fun 'playing' drums with TIME FRAME'S drummer Kevin Christensen. This band has a big heart!! Next, off to 'The Summit Pub' in Puyallup. Scooch laid it down last night at Bar Cinco in Yelm. Scooch laid it down with great Blues and a varity of tunes. We enjoyed John 'Scooch' Cugno with Loren Mullen the first set. I love Jams!! The first time I went to a jam I was Stunned!! A group of musicians get together and create music. Most of these guys and gals have never played together before or heard the music being played.. They just jump in and go for it!! WOW!! I love musicians guts and tenacity. Their love of music and their tolerance of other musicians skill level and co-operation Their ability to keep smiling! They should be running the government!! I LOVE MUSIC!

There was rockin' and rollin' last night when TIME FRAME played 'The Summit Pub' in Puyallup! I saw lots of smiles, lots of beer, heard lots of great music and dancing too!! Chris Kliemann was a great addition last night on keyboards!! Loved Kevin's dancing and spinning those drumsticks!! H.D.'s vocals were powerful and got the crowd going!! And, of course, my main man Bartlett on Bass was magical with his bass solos!! A fun time was had by all!! I especially enjoyed 'Broadway' where everyone had a solo and got to show their best!! Terry sat in on the drums at the end of the evening. Fun and more fun!! Shaun, the owner of 'The Summit Pub' was pleased. It's time to have TIME FRAME back again for more. Bones dated to 30,000 years ago have been identified as fossils belonging to the earliest modern humans to settle in Europe. The Dead Sea Scrolls have awed audiences everywhere they have been exhibited! Regarded by many as one of the greatest archeological discoveries of the 20th century. These scrolls predate Christianity. This remarkable experience began on Sept. 23rd at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, and runs until January 7th, 2007th. Some of the foremost experts and authors on the scrolls will be participating on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm at Town Hall in Seattle. Town Hall address is 8th and Seneca Street, $15.00 per lecture. My Dad woke up the other night by a noise out on the porch. It wasn't the cat, who sat watching calmly as a visitor was eating his cat food! Pretty Tail!! Having my Dad or the cat watch did not bother the skunk at all.

News from Crystal and Shawn--They are moving!! Got a 3 bedroom house only 5 minutes from Shawn's new job at 'The Recovery Room' that begins this month after Thanksgiving. She's closer to her job too! He is ready for the new job to start. Crystal's not looking forward to packing etc., but starting already to get things ready. They think they'll like the space in the house and double car garage!!
