Picture of Steve's Band in mid-1970's


'Cheeseburger Deluxe' a band out of Seattle, that Steve played bass in 1970's. He was Dink Dugger the rich kid! Burt "Olly" Ollistad [guitar]started this band with Steve in 1972. Also joining the band in 1972 was Gordy Arlin [Keyboards-Drums] and Rick Best [Drums] Steve left 'Cheeseburger' in 1975, was replaced by Steve Barth on bass,the band was renamed 'Thunder Road' in 1975 and disbanded in 1976. Two Gigs Last Wednesday Night



TIME FRAME with Steve on Bass played two gigs last Wednesday night. The first a benefit for a cancer family in Puyallup. I love Jams!! The first time I went to a jam I was Stunned!! A group of musicians get together and create music. Most of these guys and gals have never played together before or heard the music being played.. They just jump in and go for it!! WOW!! I love musicians guts and tenacity. Tip Jar Was Full!!


There was rockin' and rollin' last night when TIME FRAME played 'The Summit Pub' in Puyallup! I saw lots of smiles, lots of beer, heard lots of great music and dancing too!! Chris Kliemann was a great addition last night on keyboards!! Loved Kevin's dancing and spinning those drumsticks!! H.D.'s vocals were powerful and got the crowd going!! And, of course, my main man Bartlett on Bass was magical with his bass solos!! A fun time was had by all!! I especially enjoyed 'Broadway' where everyone had a solo and got to show their best!! Bones dated to 30,000 years ago have been identified as fossils belonging to the earliest modern humans to settle in Europe. Discovering The Dead Sea Scrolls


The Dead Sea Scrolls have awed audiences everywhere they have been exhibited! Regarded by many as one of the greatest archeological discoveries of the 20th century. These scrolls predate Christianity. This remarkable experience began on Sept. 23rd at the Pacific Science Center in Seattle, and runs until January 7th, 2007th. Some of the foremost experts and authors on the scrolls will be participating on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm at Town Hall in Seattle. Town Hall address is 8th and Seneca Street, $15.00 per lecture. News from Crystal and Shawn--They are moving!! Got a 3 bedroom house only 5 minutes from Shawn's new job at 'The Recovery Room' that begins this month after Thanksgiving. She's closer to her job too! He is ready for the new job to start. Crystal's not looking forward to packing etc., but starting already to get things ready. They think they'll like the space in the house and double car garage!!
