Who Killed The Electric Car?

We went and saw 'Who Killed the Electric Car' a few weeks ago. At first I was worried that this movie would end up just complaining about something that can't be fixed! I was pleasantly surprised when this movie had some answers too. Pictured is the EV1[ electric vehicle 1] created by GM, and removed from the market in 2005, and crushed even with protests and demonstrations by the people who leased the cars, loved their cars, and offered to buy these cars. How these cars ran on electricity plugged in at the 'owners' home, caused zero emissions, were quiet and powerful--keeping up with and even surpassing gas engines! But, not only this info was given, I came away from this movie hopeful.
